Double-column cantilevers with lifting centers P238M16K are designed to perform technological operations with large-sized components: welding, assembly, painting.
The welding cantilever consists of two racks with an electromechanical drive for lifting to a height of 2000 mm and 360-degree rotation of a large-sized assembly fixed between the flanges of carriages that move synchronously vertically. The lifting drive has emergency switches that turn off the tilting device when the load nuts are worn out and a switch that controls the failure of electronic synchronization when lifting or lowering the carriages.
