Double-column tilters with lifting centers P238M16K are designed to perform technological operations with large-sized units: welding, assembly, painting.

The welding cantilever consists of two racks with an electromechanical drive for lifting up to a height of 2000 mm and 360-degree rotation of a large-sized unit fixed between the flanges of carriages synchronously moving vertically. The lifting drive has emergency switches that turn off the tiller when the load nuts are worn out and a switch that controls the failure of electronic synchronization when lifting or lowering the carriages.
